Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- 1.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website http://www.charltoncleaners.co.uk/ (our site) and our app (our app). This includes information provided at the time of downloading our app, submitting a booking enquiry on our site, through our app or by email, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site, our app or any services provided. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and telephone number, age, username, password and other registration information, financial and credit card information, personal description, details of your household or business, details of any pets you may have and any information about you revealed in photographs of your property which you provide to us.
- 1.2 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- 1.3 We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
- 1.4 When you visit our site or use our app, we may automatically collect technical information, including the type of mobile device (Device) you use, mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use and your time zone setting.
- 1.5 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
- 1.6 Details of your use of our app or your visits to our site, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

Where we store your personal data

- 1.13 Specifically, we will provide your data to the service provider who is allocated to provide services to you, for the purpose of providing those services. This information may include:
- 1.13.1 Your name, address and contact details;
- 1.13.2 The details about your property and the services you require, together with any relevant photographs you may have provided;
- 1.13.3 The non-binding quote we have provided to you; and
- 1.13.4 Your payment details.
Disclosure of your information
- 1.14 We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

- 1.15.1 In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
